Tag and link are strongly related concepts in Linxpy. A link is part of a (tagged) link list.
To put it in other words, to add a link to a corpus, you have to know its tag or create a new tag. As a consequence, you can select an existing tag or create a new one when added a link to your link lists.
To delete a tag
If you want to delete a tag (a.k.a. link list), it’s obvious you first have to empty the list by deleting all links of the list.

On the tags page, you will then see a red postfix ‘unused‘ in the name of the empty link list. You can then delete the tag using the trashcan in the tag profile (‘edit tag’).

Important: A tag cannot be deleted (no red postfix ‘unused‘ appears) if the link list is (still) part of a clip. Therefore, first delete the tag from the clip (‘edit clip’) and then delete the tag.
