A clip is the combination of one or more link lists.
You can also share (a.k.a. publish) a clip with the outside world (e.g. sending a mail message with a special link to your target audience).
A clip includes links matching one or all tags as specified in the chosen set of tag(s).
Clips can be used for regular publications, ad hoc relevance of link lists or curated topic(s).
